2 6 Oakland (TN) 29-7 Some mediocre losses but turned it on in the end nearly beating Blackman in the State AAA finals.
3 11 Holy Cross Covington (KY) 33-3 Won the KY State Tournament, upset clear cut favorite Elizabethtown in the 2nd round.
4 2 Elizabethtown (KY) 32-3 Suffered a heartbreaking defeat at the hands of Holy Cross, after being the clear cut favorite all year in KY.
5 5 Mt. Juliet (TN) 32-3 Lost their first game of the year to Oakland then only once more along the way before bowing out in the first round of states to Blackman,

7 23 Brentwood Academy (TN) 29-1 Won the Div 2 Class AA TN State title beating Briarcrest by over 20 in the State Finals.
8 8 Henderson Co. (KY) 28-3 Down 3 key players, knocked off Ashland Blazer and hung tough against Male in the KY Quaterfinals
9 21 Bearden (TN) 31-5 Knocked off Dickson Co., before falling to Oakland in the TN State Semifinals
10 18 Allen County-Scottsville (KY) 30-5 Used a very favorable draw to make it all the way to the KY State Finals where they barely lost to Holy Cross.
11 4 Ridgeway (TN) 28-2 Had a great season but like Dyer Co, below, picked the wrong time to have a bad game losing to Arlington in the Regional final.
12 16 Middleton (TN) 35-0 Faced some serious challenges in the TN state single A State tournament but prevailed every time for a perfect season and state title.
13 14 Ashland Blazer (KY) 26-7 Great season ended at the hands of Henderson Co in the first round of the KY State Tournament.
14 NR Graves Co (KY) 27-6 Upset both Paducah Tilghman and Murray to qualify for the KY State Tournament, then beat Simon Kenton before falling to Allen Co-Scottsville.
15 3 Dyer Co (TN) 30-1 Picked a terrible time to lose, falling to underdog Arlington and failed to reach the region finals.
16 27 MHEA (TN) 37-5 Completed their best season in program history with a home school national title in Springfield, MO
17 25 Dickson Co (TN) 32-3 Lost in the first round of the TN State AAA tournament.
18 36 Simon Kenton (KY) 27-5 Lost in the first round of the KY State tournament.
19 37 Mercy (KY) 26-8 Struggled to a disappointing finish vs Male in the first round of the KY State tournament.
20 7 Butler (KY) 23-6 Upset by Bullitt East in the regional tournament.
21 15 Paducah Tilghman (KY) 29-3 Great season with 2 losses coming to Graves Co., the last coming in the finals of the Region 1 tournament in KY
22 38 Knoxville Webb (TN) 31-4 Won the TN Division 2 Class A State tournament.
23 NR Morristown West (TN) 31-6 Lost in the semifinals of the TN Class AAA State Tournament to Blackman.
24 29 Bell Co. (KY) 29-3 Went down to Holy Cross by 18 in the first round of the KY State tournament.
25 30 Mercer Co. (KY) 29-4 Great season ended by getting crushed by Elizabethtown 79-38 in the first round of the KY State tournament.
26 NR Arlington (TN) 26-10 Huge run at the end of the year knocking off previous #3 and #4 to qualify for the TN State AAA tournament before falling to Morristown West.
27 12 Murray (KY) 27-4 Lost in the semifinals of the Region 1 tournament to Graves Co.
28 NR Nash. MLK (TN) 28-6 Used a tough regular season schedule as preparation to take down previous #10 Elizabethton in the TN State AA tournament, then beat McMinn Central for the title.
29 13 Memphis Overton (TN) 24-4 Upset by Bartlett in the State Regional final.
30 NR Franklin Co. (KY) 26-7 Upset Henry Clay in the region final then fell to Allen Co-Scottsville in the KY State tournament.
31 20 Henry Clay (KY) 27-4 Lost to Franklin Co in the regional final.
32 NR Clarkrange (TN) 31-6 Gave Middleton a run for their money in the TN State title game and played a strong schedule throughout the year.
33 NR McMinn Central (TN) 30-6 Runner-up in TN Class AA losing the Nashville MLK.
34 17 Holmes (KY) 30-3 Three loses all season, all coming to Holy Cross Covington.
35 10 Elizabethton (TN) 32-1 Lost one game all year and it came at the hands of MLK, although Martin Westview gave them all they wanted in the state quarterfinals.
36 26 Dupont Manual (KY) 23-7 Classic underacheiver, upset by Eastern in the region semi’s
37 28 South Warren (KY) 25-6 Went down in the region semi’s to state finalist Allen Co -Scottsville
38 NR Mason Co. (KY) 23-12 Made a late run, upsetting GRC in the region, then parlayed a favorable drawn into a state semifinal birth
39 NR Eastern 19-7 Young team, played their best basketball down the stretch nearly qualifying for the state tournament, losing in the regional final after upsetting Dupont Manual.
40 39 Hamilton Heights (TN) 24-9 Closed the season 1-3 in the extremely tough NACA, losing to Potters House, Nat’l Christian, Riverdale Baptist and beating The Rock.
