Washington, DC – The Title IX event in DC has grown into perhaps the biggest High School Girls Basketball tournament in the country.  With 4 courts going side by side for 4 straight days, featuring Middle School, JV and Varsity competition, it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed at times.  That said I did my best to get a look at every court but I just wasn’t able to see every single player who stood out…so if I missed someone my apologies.

Tomorrow we will cover our Top Teams & Top Underclassmen.
